Either you are an athlete of your chosen sport, or you are a regular guy aiming for a leaner body, there is a big chance that you have tried a couple of exercises to get your body to your desired shape. Many have wanted to have the beach body look and be one of those aesthetically perfect people.

Other people have opted the use of steroids to help them gain more muscles. Others have considered the effects of steroids and chose the cleaner type of medication, which includes SARMS or Selective androgen receptor modulators. SARMS, although not yet fully proven safe, is currently known as a safer alternative for steroids. Rad140 is one example of SARM; it was developed to prevent further degradation of muscles caused by muscle atrophy on patients undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, and patients with chronic diseases.

The safest way and easy ways of burning fat include eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and avoiding stress. These three methods have been very effective in weight loss and have been used in conjunction with other exercises.

What exercises are excellent in both fat burning and muscle toning?

# 1 Running
Running and walking excites your muscles, especially the heart. The more that your heart pumps, the more that blood flows through your body. This way, the metabolism of fats and other stored energy becomes faster, thus burning fat. It also trains your muscles as they are put into use under a certain amount of stress they are put in to.

# 2 Burpees
This exercise utilizes different muscle groups, from your shoulders down to your calves. It incorporates various tasks such as push-ups, jumping jacks, squats in a very systematic way. This tricks your body to use more energy and results in burning fats and muscle toning.

# 3 Jumping rope exercise
This exercise is almost equivalent to that of running. It causes your heart to work faster and keep blood circulation up and running at a higher rate. Also, with the action of jumping and arm movements, you are mimicking the effects of climbing and bicep-triceps exercises. Also, due to that, you are using your arms at the same time as your legs, you are training your brain to increase muscle coordination.

# 4 Stair climbing
This is the higher intensity version of running. If you want to have a better result than that of running, this should fit you. It involves more muscle groups such as that of our gluteal muscles or butt muscles. With the climbing motion of this exercise, it increases the leverage of your movement, thus creating a more concentrated muscle exercise.
